But, when we went to breakfast at 8:00, the area was unkempt, the floor very dirty with mud, the food was mostly gone, and we never saw anyone working the area. There wasn’t any sugar for Cooke, only artificial sweetener. No yogurt, no fruit, no breakfast meat. We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. ”

There was no breakfast other than some fruit on a table. Understandable since there was no power however, they did not offer us any compensation. The heat wore off and some of our group asked for more blankets, no staff came and brought blankets or snacks or drinks to make the accommodations better since there was no lighting, no vending, no...

“What a charming hotel! Fabulous location and we loved the decor. We were in town to tour a college. My number one priority with a hotel is cleanliness. It was a 5 out of 5!!!!”

“Clean and nice for the value. You can tell the property is well managed. Staff were great. Husband and son loved the pool but wished the hot tub was clean (it was not). Hotel and room was clean and smelled so. Breakfast was nice too. Will stay again when visiting snow trails. ”

“Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.”
